1. Your data stays yours

The core ConvTop promise: every conversion tool runs locally in your browser. The text you paste, the files you upload, and the results you generate are never uploaded to a server, never stored, and never shared. The moment you close or refresh the page, the data is gone.

2. What we collect

We aim to collect as little as possible. The site may use privacy-friendly, anonymous analytics to understand page views (which tools are used, which countries visitors come from) so we can improve the product. This data never includes your file contents or personal information.

3. AI features

A few AI-assisted features (AI table generation, OCR text extraction) only send your input to the AI provider (Google Gemini) after you explicitly click "Generate". If you do not use these features, no data is transmitted.

4. Local storage

Some tools may use your browser’s localStorage to save preferences such as theme or language. This data stays on your device and is inaccessible to us.

5. Third-party services

The site may use third-party services such as CDNs, fonts, and anonymous analytics. These operate under their own privacy policies and never come into contact with your conversion data.
